Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The Union continues to request early release of vacation checks from all our employers. Some employers are still experiencing delays with reduced payroll staff and limited operations. Please know the Union shares your frustration if you still await a check that was previously assured for release. The Union is seeking all the information our members need, but unfortunately we can’t do your employer’s work to get the checks released. Your frustration is warranted and understandable. The Union remains with you and is pushing all employers for checks.

Please see below- updated information:

VACATION CHECKS

● City Center (55th Street Dance Theater):
All members currently subject to direct deposit of checks at City Center, will receive their vacation check earnings via direct deposit in the week of May 3rd. All members not subject to direct deposit at City Center, will have their vacation checks mailed home to them. Your checks will be mailed to your current address on file with City Centers finance department.

● The Nederlander Organization offers its apologies again to all its employees. They now advise all 2-week settlements checks and vacation checks will be mailed out this week. The Union has its fingers crossed along with all Nederlander employees.

● The Jujamcyn Organization offers apologies as well, and now advises the Union that all employees subject to direct deposit will have their earnings released to their accounts today. All other employees will receive their vacation checks in the mail later this week.

Please standby for further announcements of released checks. The Union continues to do its best to track down and release all information. Your patience is appreciated.

In Solidarity,
Jim
