Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Every two or three days, I post the number of worldwide recoveries from COVID – 19 on the “We Are Stagehands – We Are One” Facebook group page. I get that number from Johns Hopkins University which was founded in 1876 and is America’s first research university and home to nine world-class academic divisions working together as one university. The number of people recovering continues to grow and I appreciate the positive feedback from members for the posting of that small glimmer of hope that the number represents. However, I do not want to ignore the tragic loss of life and the devastation that this pandemic is imposing on families throughout the world. Unfortunately, that number is growing as well so if you can sometime during your day please take a moment to say a prayer and remember the souls of the departed.
It has been said many times recently that we are all in this together. We, the Brothers and Sisters of Local One, have known that since 1886. Stay vigilant with all the recommended safety procedures – practice social distancing, wash your hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds, refrain from touching your face, limit your time outside for essential reasons only and wear disposable gloves and face masks when it is appropriate to do so.
I thank you for taking the time to read this email, for your feedback, ideas, support and diligence to protect yourselves and your loved ones.
Stay safe, stay home, stay strong.  UNION STRONG!
Fraternally & Sincerely,
Brother Bobby Score
