September 10, 2021

Dear Brothers, Sisters, Kith and Kin,

It is with a deep sense of sadness and regret that I must report to you the passing of our 42-year Retired Member Brother Thomas J. Terzi on September 9, 2021.

Brother Tommy spent most of his career working as a stagehand at ABC, where he developed lifelong friendships from his time working on the daytime drama "Loving" along with various other studio projects. He also spent some of his career working at Avery Fisher Hall, The Savoy, and Carnegie Hall. Most of all, Tommy had a passion for entertaining his family and friends with songs, laughter, playing games, sharing stories of his past experiences and traveling adventures. Tommy brought a little joy to everyone he met and will be greatly missed.

He was born on June 30, 1945 and initiated into Local One on December 17, 1978.

Brother Tom was a loving husband, stepfather and brother, he is survived by his wife, Stephanie Terzi, along with his three step daughters, Lee Allison Klimansky, Rachael Baxter and Elena Werle, his two son-in-law’s Matthew Klimansky and Grant Werle, granddaughter Madison Klimansky, his sister Susan Palmer, his brothers, Local One members Timmy and Bobby Terzi, his wife Marcy, and his three nephews Mark Terzi, Joey and Jesse Terzi. Tommy was predeceased by his parents 50-year member Brother Anthony Terzi Sr., his mother Mary Grace Terzi, and brother Anthony Terzi, Jr.

Tommy was full of life and had a strong Faith in God. He loved his wife and family very much and considered many of his close friends, his family.

A memorial service will be announced in the future.

Brother Thomas will be missed by family and friends alike. May his soul Rest in Peace.

Sincerely,
